Job Responsibilities：

1. Be responsible to maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; hold regular progress meetings; track and summarize project progress; regularly report the working process to the Department Manager / General Manager to ensure the delivery, cost and quality of the project.

Job Responsibilities：

Responsibility 1: quality control in mass production stage
1. Review and analyze product quality data, update SIP to improve quality standards, provide continuous guidance and training for QC inspection, and effectively evaluate the training results to ensure the effectiveness of quality control;
2. Participate in the treatment of workshop quality accidents, including cause analysis, formulation of temporary measures and preventive measures, and follow-up and verification;
3. Process parameter audit, product audit and process audit to ensure the stability of production process;
4. Guided by the result of pass through rate, promote quality improvement and reduce quality cost through QRQC, quality meeting, etc.
Responsibility 2: customer quality support
1. Be responsible for proposing emergency response measures for customer complaints, organizing resources to analyze the causes, formulating corrective and preventive measures, tracking and verifying the effectiveness of the countermeasures, and achieving abnormal and effective closure.

Job requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery or other related fields;
2. At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing quality management;
3. Familiar with TS16949 system knowledge, master APQP / FMEA / PPAP / MSA / SPC five tools, and understand 6 σ and other quality management concepts and tools;
4. Good English reading and writing ability, be able to read and understand the English materials provided by customers independently, and communicate with customers directly in written English;
5. Be proficient in using CAD software to analyze and process product drawings and Minitab for data analysis;

Job Responsibilities：

1. Participate in the review and discussion of each stage of the project;
2. Evaluation and confirmation of quality status of trial production samples, including full-scale measurement / appearance status evaluation / functional test, etc;
3. Summarize the problems in the trial production of new products, put forward improvement suggestions and feed back to the project / process;
4. Complete the production and update of SIP documents in new product trial production stage and mass production stage;
5. Complete the planning of product test plan and the preparation of test tools and the analysis of measurement system in the trial production stage and mass production stage of new products;

3. Continuously be improved: Be responsible for the product efficiency and the implementation on the project of the special improvement in quality .

Job requirements：

1. College degree or above, metal material forming/mechanical related major; 
2. 4 years and above experience in die casting process;
3. Someone who have experience in new product development and mass production support for auto parts die casting projects is preferred;
4. It is preferred to have experience in industrial robots in the die casting industry;
5. Be proficient in the use of UG, CAD and other ancillary software for product drawing and analysis.

Job Responsibilities：

1. Cooperate with the early development of the project and complete the engineering analysis report required by the customer;
2. According to the master plan of the mold project, complete the Moldflow / JSCAST analysis report on time, and submit the preliminary scheme of the mold design (with emphasis on the pouring overflow system and cooling system);
3. Participate in product review and mould design review, optimize and select the scheme through CAE if necessary, and assist the supervisor to formulate the final scheme of mould design;
4. Prepare the mold test planning form, follow up the mold test process, effectively analyze the forming conditions and process parameters, cooperate with the process engineer to solve the forming problems in the mold test process, and complete the sample production;
5. Be responsible for collecting the problems of mold test and sorting out the data of mold test, analyzing the forming problems, and putting forward the improvement suggestions and repair plans.

Job requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mould or machinery;
2. More than 6 years working experience in die CAE or molding process;
3. Familiar with plastic, die-casting mold structure and injection molding, die-casting molding process;
4. Familiar with the operation of relevant engineering software (Moldflow, JSCAST), familiar with common office software;
5. Have a rigorous working attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
6. Have the ability to respond to changes, effectively analyze and solve problems.

Job Responsibilities：

1. Understand the needs of new technology and the new crafts of molds to our company in time, be responsible for developing and introducing the advacned crafts, and satisfy our company's needs on the new products in some fields (for instance, automotive, household electrical appliances, communication and so on).                                                                                                        

2. Be in charge of organizing the review on the products and the pre-assessment and post-assessment of the design of the molds, be responsible of formulating the mold plan, and take responsibility for the rationality and the reliability of the molds' structures;                                               3. Be responsible for ordering the raw materials of molds and designing independently assembly drawings and parts drawings of the molds, take responsibility for the structures' ratinality and reliability, as well as the accuracy and the vadility of the drawings, and ensure that all aspects of production can be processed according to the drawings, and the quality control can be examined in accordance with the drawings;                       4. Participate in the review and the improvement of processing crafts, and then solve the technical difficulties about forming the molds quickly and effectively;                                                                                    

 5. Properly formulate the development plan of the mold engineering, and supervise the implementation on the plan to make sure that the plan of CAD or CAE may not affect the progress of subsequent processing of production.
